What We Need On the Day
We're a mobile service, so when we come to you we'll need a couple of things to hand:
Access to a Water Hose
We don't carry our own water supply at the moment, so we'll need access to an outdoor tap or hose at your location.
Access to an Electrical Socket
We use powered equipment, so a nearby outdoor socket (or extension lead access) is needed.
Alternatively, if you'd prefer to drop your vehicle off at our base in South West England, we'll have everything we need on-site — just let us know when you get in touch and we'll arrange a time.

Do you come to me?
Yes — we're fully mobile and come to your location across South West England. We'll need access to a water hose and an electrical socket on the day. Alternatively, you're welcome to drop your vehicle off at our base.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the vehicle and the package. A basic exterior detail can take a couple of hours; a full detail on a horse lorry can take most of the day. We'll give you a realistic time estimate when we quote.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Not much — just make sure we can access the vehicle and that there's a water hose and electrical socket nearby. For horse lorries, it helps if the horse area is clear of bedding and equipment beforehand.
How do I pay?
We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment is due on completion of the job.
